Description
Gordian Server will correctly download the newest version of Bitcoin Core for new users.
However, it should also test to see if there is a new version of Bitcoin Core for existing users, and activate the "Update" button if there is. This doesn't seem to be occurring, meaning that extant users can't update to Bitcoin Core 23.0 without reinstalling Bitcoin from scratch.
