BUG: Gordian Server does not see specific errors from Bitcoin Core

If you start Bitcoin Core via GS and get errors about corrupt databases or block files with instructions in the `debug.log` to `reindex` or `reindex-chainstate` GS does not react properly and just gets stuck. GS ought to handle these for the user gracefully.

Reproduce the issue by starting Bitcoin Core via GS with corrupt database or block-file errors, then inspect the resulting debug.log messages and GS behavior. Done means GS recognizes errors that request reindex or reindex-chainstate and handles them gracefully instead of becoming stuck.
