FEATURE: P2P authenticated tor label/field

Since we are manually creating the p2p HS we ought to add another Tor stat to show whether the nodes p2p HS is authenticated or not.

Inspect the Tor statistics display and the code path that manually creates the node's p2p hidden service. Determine how authentication status can be exposed as an additional Tor stat or field, then verify that the displayed value distinguishes authenticated and unauthenticated p2p hidden services.
