Allow choice of default derivation in Settings

Right now the default derivation is the Cosigner 48 for the public key and private key.

I'd like to see in the future the ability to pick a single choice from a list in settings of alternative default derivations, which would change the default shown currently. These would include initially bitcoin master, segwit singlesig, nested segwit singlesig, legacy singlesig, and ethereum master, later taproot singlesiig, and other.

Other would let you label and define any path as the default derivation path.
