Warn if asked to sign PSBT you don't have an account map for

It is important that sign only PSBTs that you have a full account map for. Otherwise, you risk someone manipulating your signature for other purposes than you planned.

Longer term:

a) before you sign it should probably show the corresponding Account Map's notes field.

b) there may be a feature needed for a flag that an Account Map is one that you accepted, and date you accepted, which you can turn off without deleting the Account Map.
