Description
**Gordian Recovery**
Implement and release Gordian Recovery for multiple platforms. Focused on archiving transactions (for instance beancount) & then sweeping transactions to new descriptor, in particular for legacy bitcoin accounts, and moderns multisig accounts.
Closely related in features to [**Gordian Coordinator**](https://github.com/BlockchainCommons/Community/issues/108) but focused on sweeping.
