Missing buff for carrying rich vespene gas

When a worker carries a resource it gets a buff corresponding to what it's carrying:

However, there is no corresponding buff for rich vespene gas, and workers carrying rich gas don't have any buffs.

Start with stableid.json at the linked lines and compare the existing worker-carrying resource buffs. Identify the missing rich vespene gas entry and verify that its naming and identifier fit the surrounding definitions. Done means workers carrying rich vespene gas have the corresponding buff defined in the protocol data.
