Can not install node-rdkafka via npm

Hello,

I have been trying to install node-rdkafka but it keeps showing me gyp build errors.
I have tried some guides available to resolve but no luck (including installing build essentials, reinstalling node, `export WITH_SASL=0; npm install node-rdkafka`, having openssl installed,... etc)

I have included the most recent log file for better problem inspection.
