Does not work in windows machine, but it does work fine in Linux and Mac , app getting crash Error: Local: Broker transport failure

We are using rdkafka in Mac OS, and it does work fine , when we installed same node version and npm version in windows , app is getting crash after a minute. we have tested in more than three windows machine. but we are facing same issue getting Error: Local: Broker transport failure
