Node v20 Text file busy error

I've tried node-gyp v8 and v9. No success.

Reproduce `npm i` on Linux with Node 20, then inspect `binding.gyp` and the `./configure` invocation shown in the build log. Trace why the librdkafka configure step reports “Text file busy”; done means the package installs successfully in the reported environment.
