Hide mouse pointer when on mobile screen

Currently on small screens, the mouse pointer (the little puff of light) will appear. We want to hide it in small screens and make it visible on larger screens.

For tablets, phone, and other handheld devices, it should disappear.

For Laptop, monitor etc the pointer will show.
