Add tooltips to toolbar items

quill has built in toolbar which works special class names on span tags. you need to add the "title" attribute to those span tags.

Make sure that the tooltips are no more than a word or two and clearly explain the tool item.

Search the toolbar markup for span tags using Quill's special class names, then inspect how each item is labeled. Add concise title attributes of one or two words that clearly identify each tool, and verify every toolbar item has an understandable tooltip.
