卡点使用ToastUtil.show会导致应用崩溃

当应用某些时候卡点（并非故意，只是某些场景某些时候总是会卡上点），比如在activity死亡过程中，调用ToastUtil.show就是出现window has leaked (好像报一个ImageView内存泄漏) 的异常并且应用崩溃
