Player Confirmation of Research

In the pop-up for a research report, users should be able to "confirm" or "contest" a report as correct or incorrect.
Confirming a report should render it opaque on the map to allow easier identification of tasks the user has yet to pick up.
A majority contested report should display a warning to the user when viewing it and with enough contests, should disappear altogether.
