Drop-down for research tasks and rewards in report submission form

Research submission form should have a list of available research tasks and rewards.

The submit report form should:

- Have drop down lists for research and rewards as input

- Filter out non-matching entries in drop down list as user starts typing

- Autocomplete the other field if only one task/reward matches its counterpart

- On submission, send a task ID rather than 'task' + 'reward' to avoid duplicating validation
