Create a comprehensive list of Preprints

A recent article [Are preprints the future of biology? A survival guide for scientists](https://www.sciencemag.org/news/2017/09/are-preprints-future-biology-survival-guide-scientists) showed the benefits of posting preprints to the scientists. However, from our quick analysis by the data mining group showed the adoption by Kenyan scientists is still very low: only two of the 18 posted in BioRxiv are wholly by Kenyan authors. The rest seem to be driven by international collaborators. Why is this the case and what can we do?

I believe we could use this resource to provide a more comprehensive list of preprint servers and their scope to also guide the users on the preprint servers to publish in as they await peer review.
