Description
I think having a form like structure on the GitHub-hosted site would be helpful. Anyone who knows of a OA journal that is free/costs less for APC/has subsidies for low and mid-income countries should be able to submit from a simple form on the [LowCostOpenAccess](https://github.com/BioinfoNet/LowCostOpenAccess) site which then can be accepted/discarded by the moderator.

2. TypeForm form to GitHub issue: [1](https://www.typeform.com/connect/github/create-github-issues-from-your-typeform-responses/). **THINGS TO CONSIDER**: Personal data, if any collected, being handled though TypeForm
