Description

Hello, for units created with code ```bst.units```, such as ```pump, Flash, HXutility, distillation column```, could I consult you what is the ```default equipment cost year```? If I set ```bst. setting. CEPCI = 596.2``` (2020 year) at the beginning of the process, do the ```pump, Flash, HXutility, distillation column``` in ```Itemized costs``` datasheet in excel exported after TEA execution refer to 2020 year? Does the ```Itemized costs``` of a unit that has been set ```CE``` for a certain year, such as ```PressureFilter``` (https://biosteam.readthedocs.io/en/latest/_modules/biosteam/units/solids_separation.html#PressureFilter), also refer to ```2020 year```? Is the equipment cost of all the above units in 2020 year (not other years) used for the calculation of TEA?
Thanks for your help. Wish you a good day.

Research direction

Start by reading the linked PressureFilter source and tracing how bst.units equipment costs and the CEPCI setting feed the exported Itemized costs datasheet after TEA execution. Done means establishing the default equipment cost year and whether setting CEPCI to 596.2 consistently affects the listed units, then documenting the answer.
