Consultation on amending depreciation percentage

Hello, if I want to use the following depreciation percentage (```0.1, 0.1, 0.1, 0.1, 0.1, 0.1, 0.1, 0.1, 0.1, 0.1```) for ```depreciation``` and ```steam_power_depreciation``` when performing TEA, may I ask you which code should be used?
