Run sb paralellized

@Manuel-Knepper I have stripped from the cities the done cities and Rome, ordered them by population, and split them up into two halves:
- https://github.com/BikeNetKit/dataexport/blob/main/scripts/superblockify/cities_manuel.csv
- https://github.com/BikeNetKit/dataexport/blob/main/scripts/superblockify/cities_michael.csv

The script https://github.com/BikeNetKit/dataexport/blob/main/scripts/superblockify/batchexport_allcities.py is already prepared to read in your list and run sb. Could you do it in the background?

There is no good feedback from sb when there is a timeout (at least for me), so you can only notice a timeout by cities moving on without doing anything (but it could also be another error). I didn't look into how to resolve this, but if this becomes an issue we can look into it.
