Remove osm data from existing bike net export

Basically run the keepedgedata part of the cleanup script https://github.com/BikeNetKit/dataexport/blob/main/scripts/linkbikenet/cleanup.ipynb before exporting the data, so the exported data is tidy.

Open scripts/linkbikenet/cleanup.ipynb and locate the keepedgedata part of the cleanup process. Determine where the export is produced, run that cleanup before exporting, and verify that the resulting bike network export no longer includes the unwanted OSM data and is tidy.
