当前国内网络环境下，虽然使用Hosts代理可以访问github.com，但访问github.io会被拒绝。在Windows上，PAC代理模式可以完美解决这个问题，而目前Linux版本的Watt Toolkit并未支持PAC代理。希望对linux添加PAC代理的支持。
