🐛[BUG] 加速后连接github显示超时

### 🐛 描述

加速github时，界面中一片空白并显示一串报错信息：
Request:Could not find any IP that can be successfully connected. (HTTP connection to 20.207.73.82 timed out.) (HTTP connection to 20.205.243.166 timed out.) (HTTP connection to 20.205.243.166 timed out.) (github.com:443)
看样子应该是连接超时问题，具体见下图

2. 选择github并开启加速
3. github显示无法找到IP并连接超时

Start by reproducing GitHub acceleration on Windows 11 with Watt Toolkit 3.0.0-rc.16, then inspect the day's logs in the Logs folder described in the issue. Trace the connection attempts that report HTTP timeouts for github.com:443. Done means the timeout failure is understood and the GitHub acceleration flow no longer shows the reported connection error.
