🧐[Question] 开启加速后事件查看器发现大量.NET Runtime警告和报错

### 🧐 问题描述
一旦打开加速就会出现大量dotNET报错，以前我以为是dotNET问题，想更新dotNET还把系统整坏了，现在重装了一个系统发现还是有dotNET报错，后面反复验证发现跟这个加速器相关，一旦打开就会产生大量报错，不一定持续，但是有的时候会导致长时间掉帧，报错情况和其中一个报错文件如下。
还有一个rules engine安排软件保护服务重启尚不清楚是不是跟加速器相关
