🐛[BUG] Incomplete English Translation in Watt Toolkit UI (Menus/buttons still in Chinese)

I have been using Watt Toolkit for more than two years, and the issue of incomplete English translation has existed throughout this period and remains unsolved. When I set the application language to English, many menus, buttons, and sections (like Account Switching and various management options) still appear in Chinese. This makes it difficult for international users to benefit fully from the toolkit and causes confusion during daily use.

I have tried the latest official version of the program, but the problem still persists. My operating system is Windows 11 x64, and I always use the official release from the project’s website or GitHub.

This is not a new or recent issue – it has been present for years. A complete English translation would greatly improve the user experience for global users, many of whom rely on Watt Toolkit as their main Steam assistant.
