🐛[BUG] 第三方脚本导入后不显示更新

### 🐛 描述

我对脚本工坊的某一脚本进行了优化，并发布到了github中[SteamHistoryLowestPriceQuery](https://github.com/zhengyang3552/SteamHistoryLowestPriceQuery)，不知道是 Watt Toolkit 本地策略就是这样还是脚本更新策略错误，在脚本导入后，脚本配置页面不显示有更新，即使相应库里的脚本版本超过导入的脚本版本

1. 下载第三方脚本（需要确保此脚本与脚本主页的版本低）
2. 导入此脚本
3. 导入完成后不显示有更新
