🐛[BUG] 使用 Steam Link 时，只要屏幕中有 Watt Toolkit 窗口，流式传输就会卡死

### 🐛 描述

使用 Steam Link 时，只要屏幕中有 Watt Toolkit 窗口，流式传输就会卡死。并不是被控电脑死机，而是流式传输卡死。控制端本地渲染的鼠标可以移动，但是被控端无任何反馈，也无法对被控端进行任何操作。只能去被控端手动隐藏 Watt Toolkit 窗口才能继续使用。此问题已存在相当长一段时间。

### 📷 复现步骤

1. 使用 Steam Link 连接电脑。
2. 如果连接前 Watt Toolkit 已在前端显示，连进去会直接卡死；如果没有，让 Watt Toolkit 窗口显示出来。
3. 本地渲染的鼠标可用，但无法将操作传输到被控端。
4. 去被控端手动关闭 Watt Toolkit 窗口，恢复正常。
