🐛[BUG] MSIX版窗口位置大小不固定

### 🐛 描述

微软商店MSIX打包版窗口位置和大小会自动发生变化（exe和zip打包未测试），刚开始用不会，过了1天就会发生。从rc8到现在rc12一直都有这个问题，rc9称修复了这个问题，但截至目前MSIX版仍会发生。

1. 微软商店下载Watt Toolkit
2. 开始菜单点击图标进行使用
3. 反复使用后窗口和位置大小开始不固定，每次都会发生变化
