🐛[BUG] 启动加速时提示没有任何启动的加速项

在启动steam加速时提示没有任何启动的加速项，即使勾选了全部加速项

手动勾选加速项下拉菜单中的每一项（注意，不是直接点击下拉菜单来全选），启动加速会提示没有任何启动的加速项，但不在下拉菜单中的两个加速项没有这样的问题，推测是下拉菜单的问题

Start by reproducing the acceleration flow on Windows 11 with version 3.0.0-rc.5, manually selecting every item in the dropdown rather than using its select-all action. Inspect how the dropdown selections are collected when acceleration starts. Done means manually selected items are recognized and acceleration no longer reports that no acceleration items are enabled.
