### 🐛 描述
无论是否勾选“Steam聊天图片上传”功能项，在开启“网络加速”功能后都无法在Steam好友聊天中发送图片，停止加速关闭软件并重启Steam后，相同网络条件下此问题消失，证明确实是工具造成的无法发送聊天图片。
### 📷 复现步骤
1. 加速前勾选“Steam聊天图片上传”服务
2. 点击“开始加速”或“一键加速”
3. 启动Steam后无法在好友聊天中发送图片
