🐛[BUG] Hosts模式对Vortex无效

### 🐛 描述

最近需要搞mod所以发现的问题.基本用Hosts模式,但是Hosts模式对Vortex客户端无效,开PAC模式有效,但是Steam网页就打不开了.目前使用上就挺麻烦.
