安装完成第一次启动成功，但完全关闭后重新启动Watt Tookit则弹出下图报错。
### 📷 复现步骤
1. 安装完成后立即启动，Watt Tookit正常启动
2. 完全关闭Watt Tookit
3. 重新启动Watt Tookit
4. 弹出报错
