🐛[BUG] 无法成功添加ubisoft账户

1. 打开steam++
2. 点击账号切换
3. 添加ubisoft
4. 点击登陆新账号
5. ubisoft成功登录，账号信息未收入软件
6. 点击保存当前登陆账号
7. 填写完成点击确定
8. 右键单击账号并点击切换到此账号
9. 需要再次输入账户和密码
