Description
我校网络为了处理校内流量访问学校教务系统域名时走内网，屏蔽了除校内 DNS 以外的所有 53 端口 DNS 请求（我也不知道为什么他们不做劫持）。
Watt Toolkit 强制使用阿里公共DNS且没有建立回退机制，导致 Watt Toolkit 在我校不可用。
