1. 打开一个github action的ci详情
2. 展开已经完成的一个步骤
3. 页面显示error（关闭加速后我的网络可以正常查看信息）
4. 点击下载Artifacts
5. 页面显示如下信息（关闭加速后我的网络可以正常下载）：
