App is resizable

**Describe the bug**
The app should not be resizable. This also breaks the change page animation

**To Reproduce**
Resize the app

**Expected behavior**
App to not change size

**Additional context**
This also seems to be an issue on windows

Reproduce the resizing behavior on Linux and Windows, then inspect the Electron application window setup and the change-page animation path. The issue is done when the app keeps its intended size and the change-page animation no longer breaks during resize-related interactions.
