[Bug] Installer fails to kill discord after installation

**Describe the bug**
The BetterDiscord installer hangs at "Attempting to kill Discord" while the installation itself works correctly.
**To Reproduce**
1. Launch the installer
2. choose default install process (discord is installed in the default location)
3. Continue to install process.
**Expected behavior**
It kills discord/restarts it as it notifies completion.

Start by reproducing the installer flow on Windows 11 and inspect the installer entry point that reports “Attempting to kill Discord.” Verify the Discord termination and restart behavior for the default install location; done means installation completes without hanging and Discord restarts as completion is reported.
