Description
According to windows testing, the wkhtmlttopdf.exe file does not need any additional libs or configuration to be used.
### Windows
- [ ] add executable to repo
- [ ] set path in pdfkit call configuration to point to it
- [ ] test docker
### Linux
- [ ] test if the same is applicable, if so create new issue for it
### Docker
- [ ] If both windows and linux implementations work, the same can be done in docker to hugely shrink the image size, in a new issue
