[Feature Request] <Add Navbar>

### Description

When on the application I noticed all of the pages target and open in new tabs and there is no navigation bar or redirects to easily navigate between pages. I think adding a universal Navbar component to be displayed on every page as well as React -Router-Dom to wrap around the entire app and give it a more streamlined and intuitive UI experience.

I will gladly work on this myself and with anyone else who would like to.
