Description

## Round ID: 5089

## Reproduction:
Unfortunately I can't provide exact details on how to reproduce this, and I don't have the known how to properly check either. Instead I can provide an explanation on everything that was going on in the area in hopes of somebody else being able to reproduce this.

I'll use this image to explain what happened. I was standing on a tile somewhere in the blue zone. The green X was an emagged recycler nearby and the red x was a removed tile with an unwelded disposals pipe that I had placed with a rapid pipe dispenser (Connected to left and right pipes, sending whatever went through it upwards) (I removed the previous disposals pipe by unwelding it and using the RPD on it)
When I got deleted someone was coming through disposals from the left side and flew out of the hole left by the unwelded pipe at which point my body was deleted and I became a ghost, the nuke disk which I had on me respawned in the detectives office. I contacted an admin about this and they said that there apparently weren't any logs related to me getting deleted.
Only other potentially relevant details I could think of was that I was a traitor.
Edit: Forgot to mention, but if you need smth to find the exact moment it happened, I mentioned getting deleted in ghost chat right after it happened

Research direction

Start with Round ID 5089 and the reported blue-zone setup: the emagged recycler, unwelded disposals pipe, and a person exiting disposals. Compare the event with available logs and the ghost-chat timing; done means the deletion cause is identified and the same ordinary setup no longer deletes a living body.
