Selecting Medium Wing gives Heavy Wing

I selected the Medium wing option in the dialog with Sumire.
My financial report now lists "Heavy Wing" with the corresponding price of 100,000k

Selecting a Heavy Wing appears to give no Wing; no cost listed in captains quarters report.
After which talking to Sumire again and choosing different options repeatedly did not add a cost to the report.

Reproduce the wing selections in the dialog with Sumire and check the financial report and Captain's Quarters report after each choice. Trace the selection and report-update entry points; done means Medium Wing shows its correct name and price, Heavy Wing is recorded correctly, and repeated choices update the cost consistently.
