Permission request: redistributing CustomShops in a free modpack (AIEmpires)

Hey Denadan! Same ask as the CustomSalvage issue (linked: https://github.com/BattletechModders/CustomSalvage/issues/11): permission to redistribute CustomShops in AIEmpires, a free, never-monetized modpack with full credit, plus a request to consider adding a LICENSE file. One "fine by me" across these three issues covers it. Thanks!

Two asks:

1. **Permission to redistribute** it via my launcher's CDN. Free pack, never monetized, full credit with a link back.
2. **Would you consider adding a LICENSE file to the repo?** That would settle it for every pack, forever.
