GitHub code not updated for releases?

Hi, I'm trying to investigate an issue in CAC for RT p12-hf5, but the latest code here in GitHub does not appear to be the code that the RT version is actually based on - hasn't been updated in 9 days, even though RT clearly has newer version already. Does GitHub need to be updated, or has the project moved somewhere else?
