Add function to read conductivity sensor

Add ability for the microcontroller to read data from the conductivity sensor. There is code that already exists for this but it was never properly tested with the whole system. An investigation needs to be conducted to ensure how well this code works.

DEPENDENCIES:
- Completed developed of a successful conductivity sensor.

Locate the existing conductivity-sensor code and review how the microcontroller currently connects to the whole system. Investigate and test the existing implementation with the completed conductivity sensor; done means the sensor data is reliably read as part of the system.
