Error: Error when reading flutter_cache_manager

## 🐛 Bug Report

while debugging my app it's show an error

```
i checked the transitie dependenccies and i found it and it exists at dart cache path
so i want to add ```flutter_cache_manager: ^3.3.1``` @pubspec.yaml but nothing solve
i tried to upgrade my packages, flutter, reinstall dart sdk, cleaning cache and create new project but it still doesn't work
