Need Help Getting Started on Developing this Package

Taking a look at this repo, I see there are three separate flutter plugins.

I want to get started on a new feature for this library, but I am unsure how to setup my workspace?

- Should I be using Android Studio or VS Code?
- How do I simultaneously work on three separate plugins in the same workspace?
- How do I test my changes? I see there is an example Flutter app, so I should probably use that.
