When the network is available, I hope not to always request network pictures

Thank you for providing such an excellent plug-in. When I used it, I found that even if the plug-in used to display the image and successfully cached it when the network was available, it would still read the image from the network. I hope to add a parameter and control the network to be available. If the cache file does not exist, use the network image again, thank you again!
