invalid url errors but also concerns dead links and bad cache

Hello,

first off let me say this is a wonderful package and thank you for dedicating so much time to it.

I wanted to reach out and ask how we can improve this package. There are few issues i noticed as i am developping my apps that i think would be of benefit to this plugin.

I have a old app urls that were from a different ngrok instance that are no longer functional that cause an error when i hot reload the app, i don't get why this happens because the url is entirely different.

Can't the plugin verify this internally?
