Any plans to support WASM / WebAssembly?

I would love to see wasm support, so that it would be possible to write fully Cross Plattform apps e.g. with avalonia ui.

### Describe the feature
Wasm could be possible via vlc.js using the experimental wasm target (https://code.videolan.org/jbk/vlc.js/-/tree/demo). There also is libvlcsharp as another cross platform player, also lacking wasm support.

The web audio api would be a bonus, maybe even with lockscreen support via browser.

Start by reviewing the experimental wasm target in vlc.js and the available libvlcsharp support described in the issue. Compare those options with the requested browser platform, Web Audio API, and lockscreen behavior. Done requires an agreed implementation scope and acceptance criteria for browser support; the issue currently does not identify repository files or tests.
