## 🐛 Bug Report
The last bug report for Volume Manager not working "on all platforms" was closed but wpf was not implemented with the rest, so Im opening an issue specifically for it.

### Expected behavior
Volume Manager adjusts volume when used in WPF

Use Volume Manager
### Configuration
Visual Studio 2019 16.2.2
